3. SMS / Text Messaging Program
By providing your phone number through our intake form on gmediaco.com (and by checking the SMS consent checkbox on that form), by verbally consenting on a discovery call, or by texting us first, you agree to receive text messages from G Media related to:

- Studio shoot reminders and confirmations
- Project status updates and deliverables
- Customer service replies

SMS Consent and Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
The phone number and SMS opt-in consent collected through our intake form is used solely by G Media (Galindo Media LLC) to communicate with you about the categories of messages listed above. We do not sell, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer your phone number or your SMS consent to any third party for any purpose. SMS consent is not transferable to any other entity, brand, or campaign.

4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We do, however, run advertising and analytics technologies on gmediaco.com that pass information to third parties. Several state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, treat that as a “sale” or as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising, so we describe it plainly here:
- Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram advertising). Shares online identifiers, cookie and device information, the pages you view on our site and the actions you take there with Meta Platforms, Inc., so that we can measure our advertising and show ads to people like you.

We will act on an opt-out request within 15 business days. You do not need an account with us, we will not ask you to create one, and we will not give you a worse price or a worse service for asking. An authorized agent may make the request for you with your written permission.
6. Data Retention
