Our podcast booth runs $750 per hour with a 3-hour minimum. The minimum exists because a one-hour booking on a show floor is never one hour of work: load-in windows are narrow, floors are loud, and gear has to get through the building and back out. The rate covers the multi-camera setup, audio, lighting and the producer running it.
If the conversation does not have to happen on the floor, record it at our podcast studio in Las Vegas instead. Same production, far lower cost: the first fully edited studio episode is $149.
We are a local crew, so the booth comes from across town, not across the country. We work the major Las Vegas convention venues and the conferences and shows that fill them, including CES, NAB Show and SEMA.

We set up at the Las Vegas Convention Center, Venetian Expo, Mandalay Bay, Caesars Forum, hotel ballrooms and private venues across Las Vegas. We are a local crew, so there are no cross-country travel costs to cover.
The booth comes to your event and records guests where they already are, which suits trade shows and conferences. The studio is our four-set space at 4160 S Durango Dr, Unit 140, which suits planned episodes and costs much less per session.
